enMarkit helps ecommerce websites to increase conversion rates, bring down cart abandonment, and lift revenue by engaging customers through personalised content. Using enMarkit, websites are able to identify their influential referrers, their customers’ lifetime values and buying interests. This helps websites to save expenses because they can conduct targeted loyalty and marketing campaigns online.
In the US, Amazon is the dominant ecommerce retailer – it uses its proprietary database of online shopping behaviors collected over the last 15 years to customize the experience for each and every buyer. In the developing ecommerce markets, there are many smaller players each with a tiny slice of the ecommerce pie. enMarkit provides the collaborative filtering technologies and consumer behavior understanding to level the playing field. By federating and sharing data, these websites are able to punch above their weight and provide many of the “big data” features that larger ecommerce sites offer.
