Eventory is a market network platform where event organisers, brand managers and vendors connect with the goal of achieving higher sales.
The company helps event organisers reach interested decision makers in different brands so as to increase their chances of getting partners and resources they need for their events.
Eventory helps brand managers to generate leads by facilitating partnership with events to reach their target audience.
Closing the loop, we also help vendors reach event organisers who require their products and services such as food, drinks, venues, chairs & tables, sound system, corporate gifts, etc.

 

Problem

While digital marketing has gained global attention, offline methods often remain an essential component of the marketing mix. Corporates and government agencies partner conferences. Brands partner concerts and sporting events. Event is an important channel for brand managers to reach their desired target audience and provide an experience that will resonate in their minds.
Thousands of events happen around us everyday. These are opportunities for brand managers to engage their target audience when they are in a willing, participatory position. The challenge is for brand managers to find the right events.

Partnering the right event will complement and amplify a brand manager’s digital marketing campaign. Partnering the wrong event makes even the audience wonder “why is this brand trying to reach my demographic?”

• For brand managers, Eventory helps to increase revenue by connecting them to potential leads at events. We do so by providing them upcoming events where their target audience gather and enable them to connect directly with the event organisers to work out a partnership deal.
• For vendors, Eventory helps to increase revenue by connecting them to event organisers who need their products and services. We do so by giving them a place to list their offerings and manage their engagements.
